The controls for the game are:
W/Up: Move Forward
S/Down: Move Backward
Left: Turn Left
Right: Turn Right
A: Sidestep Left
D: Sidestep Right
Control: Attack
Z: Use (interact with the environment)
H: Use health kit
1/2/3/4/etc: Use skill 1/2/3/4...
Enter: Send chat messages

Generally, this is caused by firewall software. There are two remedies to this, depending on your firewall setup:
1. Allow access to the game servers. Open up access to:
- www.kitsunedev.com, ports 80 and 6158
- data.kitsunedev.com, port 80
2. Allow the game programs access to the network. Two programs require access, both in the game directory:
- winterupdater.exe
